COMMENCEMENT
Hats off! Commencement is as much a celebration for families as it is for students. Ceremonies are held in December and June and are followed by department receptions.

GRAD DAYS
Grad Days usually occurs two months before graduation and is located inside EL CORRAL BOOKSTORE. During the four-day event, students can order personalized graduation announcements, thank you notes, certificates of appreciation, class rings and diploma frames, as well as schedule graduation portraits and sign-up for a Grad Pack Alumni Membership.

THE GRAD CENTER
At the Grad Center, students pay the commencement fee, pick-up their 10 complementary graduation tickets, and purchase their cap and gown. The Grad Center typically opens one month before graduation inside El Corral Bookstore.

NEW ALUMNI GRAD PACKS
GRAD PACKS are available to graduating seniors during spring and fall quarters through the Cal Poly Alumni Association. Grad Packs include a one-year Alumni Association membership with all applicable BENEFITS and a class gift at a reduced price. Parents may purchase Grad Packs by calling 888-CAL-POLY (225-7659).

SENDING SPECIAL WISHES
The Mustang Daily, Cal Poly’s student newspaper, publishes graduation issues in June and December. Place a congratulatory announcement for your student by contacting the MUSTANG DAILY. A 3 1/2 inch by 4-inch message is $50. Messages and accompanying photos should be submitted by 2 weeks prior to graduation. For details, call (805) 756-1143.

POLY PLANT SHOP
Plants, flowers and bouquets are available through the POLY PLANT SHOP, a student-run enterprise.
